Bus Request
Funds for bus must be requested at least 5 weeks prior to field trip. Funds disbursements are based on a first come, first served basis.

Complete Request for Bus form and submit to the San Diego Arts Education Partnership, via e-mail: sdaep@mail.sandi.net, or fax: 858-539-5355.

Anticipated cost of transportation should be clearly stated. ArtsBusXpress cannot assume any unexpected costs resulting from trip delays, changes in schedules, and the like.

The teacher’s educational goals for each trip should be clearly defined and discussed on the Request for Bus Form. ArtsBusXpress will provide an evaluation sheet that the teacher and students will be required to complete and return. We are interested in hearing from the students and finding out what made the biggest impression on them.
