Service Learning
By: Jessica Graham and Carolina Zamora

We volunteered for this project because we wanted to experience a real-life business operation. We learned many steps regarding building, designing, planning a website, as well as learning to format templates to suit our client.

A Ride to the Arts

We also learned more about teamwork. We were able to learn and grow from each other in the process. For example we put our ideas together and managed to build a template in which our client was satisfied.

Throughout the project we were required to learn new technology that dealt with the construction of the site such as photoshop and dream weaver.

These things that we have learned will benefit us in future business scenarios. The process was somewhat difficult yet at the same time was very educational to our business skills. The overall goal of the project was to create a site both the company and us could be proud of. Through new skills and techniques achieved by ArtsBusXpress, we’ve successfully reached our goal.
