When the librarian came to our class to tell us about making a website for the library I was pretty interested because I wanted to see if I can help make the website for our school’s library. I’ve never had this class so everything was new to me but then I got help from my classmates so now I like making websites and designing. When Ms. Lake called me and others to help make the library’s website I was pretty nervous because I thought that I wouldn’t do such a good job on it but I’m glad that I have my teammates there to help me whenever I needed the help.

When I first started the project I thought it was going to be easy having my teammate by my side but then each day that we worked on it, it got harder and harder because the librarian kept changing his mind about how to do the website and where things should be placed at. We didn’t mind fixing those things that he didn’t really like because we had each other to help fix library’s website.

The first week we were pretty much behind because we were just beginners and we had to put in all our effort into this website. We didn’t really know what to do so what we did was we split our group in half so Alyssa and I was working on the banner trying to make it look nice so it can make the website look good and My and Sydney was working on the button trying to make it work and standout.

When I was helping Alyssa with the banners I thought it was fun because I helped her by giving her my ideas and the banner came out looking really nice. We made like about 7 banners and the librarian finally liked one of the banners that we made which is now on the website. I think that Alyssa’s deserves more credit because she put in a lot of effort in making the banner and at the end it came out nice and the librarian liked it.

Help making this website was a great experience because I never thought that I would like designing websites. I thought that I would not do so good in web designing but then I sometimes put in effort on the things I do because I want to make it look nice and actually stand out. I’ve never worked with Dream weaver so it was new and I didn’t know what to but I did got help from my classmates. I thought it was fun making websites using Dreamweaver and It would help in the future because I learned something new.

Doing this project was fun because it brought us together to put in all of our effort to make the website look nice. I never thought that making a website can be such hard work because you have to make a banner, buttons, and make the website look appealing.

I wouldn’t mind help making another website as long as I have a team mate and we can all work together like how we did on this project. We helped one another when we needed the help now that’s what I call teamwork.
